She went to a tattoo parlor with the £2,000 she’d saved up and endured 22 hours under the needle to get the ink that will show her appreciation for the Twilight universe, she tells the Daily Mail. She is Cathy Ward from the UK may be 49.
The tattoo spreads all over her back and features images seen in posters promoting various installments of the franchise. It includes all three main characters, Bella, Edward and Jacob, some of them more than once.
Mrs. Ward says she got the tattoo because her Twilight obsession has helped her lose weight, thus have a healthier and considerably better life. She no longer spends money on food, but on Twilight-related stuff – like this tattoo.
The piece, as noted above, has Edward three times, and Bella twice. Jake is only shown once. And Mrs. Ward doesn’t plan on stopping here with her Edward obsession – clearly, there can be no doubt left about whether she’s Team Edward or Team Jake.

Pamela Anderson Too Sexy to be in Canada
Pamela Anderson flew into Montreal yesterday all set to unviel her new ad campaign for animal rights group, PETA. But the ex-Baywatch beauty learnt at the last minute that the required permit had been refused by local officials, who branded the ad 'sexist'.
The ad, which was due to be revealed outside of Montréal's Place Jaques-Cartier will now be unveiled at Restaurant Globe Thursday morning as part of a news conference for the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival which Anderson is hosting.
Canadian born Anderson was shocked by the ban decision, saying: 'In a city that is known for it's exotic dancing and for being progressive and edgy, how sad that a woman would be banned from using her own body in a political protest.
'In some parts of the world women are forced to cover their whole bodies with burqas- is that next? I didn't think Canada would be so puritanical.'
And PETA's senior Vice President, Dan Matthews weighed in: 'I think that city officials are looking at this lovely ad and confusing "sexy" with "sexist". In the ad Anderson's nearly naked body, clad in just a teeny tiny bikini, is covered in paint markings that mimic a butcher's diagram.

Psychic 'Paulo' Now An iPhone App
Paulo (or people prefer to call Paul) the psychic octopus who predicted World Cup matches with uncanny accuracy, is now an iPhone application. The Brazilian software developer behind the program, uTouchLabs, describes it as a "fun way to randomly choose between two options."
"Cinema or theatre? Pizza or sushi? Skirt of dress? Marcia or Andrea? Ask the Octopus?" it says.
The user types in the options and a cartoon octopus chooses between them. The program costs US$0.99 to download from Apple's iTunes.
Paul, an octopus at an aquarium in Oberhausen, Germany, earned worldwide attention during the World Cup with his predictions, which included Spain's victory in the final against the Netherlands.

Get Ready for 09/09/09!
Everyone from brides and grooms to movie studio execs are celebrating the upcoming calendrical anomaly in their own way.
In Florida, at least one county clerk's office is offering a one-day wedding special for $99.99. The rarity of this Sept. 9 hasn't been lost on the creators of the iPod, who have moved their traditional Tuesday release day to Wednesday to take advantage of the special date. Focus Features is releasing their new film "9," an animated tale about the apocalypse, on the 9th.
Not only does the date look good in marketing promotions, but it also represents the last set of repeating, single-digit dates that we'll see for almost a century (until January 1, 2101), or a millennium (mark your calendars for January 1, 3001), depending on how you want to count it.
Though technically there's nothing special about the symmetrical date, some concerned with the history and meaning of numbers ascribe powerful significance to 09/09/09.
For cultures in which the number nine is lucky, Sept. 9 is anticipated - while others might see the date as an ominous warning.

Hong Kong to produce 'world's first 3D sex movie': report
A Hong Kong filmmaker aims to lure audiences back to the cinema with what what he says is the world's first 3D erotic movie, according to a newspaper report.
Stephen Shiu Jnr., chairman of One Dollar Production, said he would use special effects to make the love scenes in his 30 million-Hong Kong dollar (four million US) "3D Sex and Zen" as realistic as possible.
"The 3D erotica will probably be the world's first," he told the Sunday Morning Post.
"Just imagine that you'll be watching it as if you were sitting beside the bed."
The film is based loosely on the 17th century Chinese erotic classic "The Carnal Prayer Mat," a tale about how overindulgence in pleasure can lead to tragedy.
Shiu told the newspaper that about 25 to 30 percent of the movie would be love scenes, including many close-ups. He said the actresses would appear to be only a few centimentres (inches) from the viewers, who would have to wear special glasses to enjoy the 3D effects.
The producer said he was planning to use adult video actresses from Japan and Taiwan. But he admitted having difficulties in finding the male lead.
"We're having trouble finding a male lead who is willing to undress in front of the camera. It's a lot more difficult to find an actor than an actress for this kind of movie."
Shooting will begin in April and it is expected to be released in time for Christmas, the report said.

Russian Man Trademarks The ;-)
A Russian businessman claims to have trademarked the wink emoticon in his country, and he's planning on charging businesses that use it. Love them or hate them, emoticons are part of the common currency of online correspondence. But could you imagine trademarking one?
Russian businessman Oleg Teterin can. He says the Russian federal patent agency has granted him a trademark on ;-), the emoticon used to convey a wink, and he’s planning on charging companies that use it.
On the Russian television channel NTV he said: "I want to highlight that this is only directed at corporations, companies that are trying to make a profit without the permission of the trademark holder."
He plans on selling licenses allowing use of the ;-), claiming "it won't cost that much - tens of thousands of dollars." Rather graciously, he won’t go after individual users of the emoticon, but he does claim that since :-), ;), and :) all resemble the wink, he might well own those too, according to the BBC.
Teterin owns a company called Superfone, which sells ads on mobile phones. The legality of his trademark has yet to be tested, of course, but many feel that since it’s been in the public domain for years, no one can trademark it. And Teterin, in fact, isn’t the first to try. Russian new agency Kommersant said that a man sued Siemens in 2005, saying he held the trademark on the ;-). The court upheld the appeal against the decision by Siemens.

Condom lubricant popular acne cure for Cambodian women
PHNOM PENH - A condom lubricant designed for sex workers and gay men has become a popular acne cure among female Cambodians, women in the capital and local media said several days ago.
Number One Plus, a water-based lubricant produced by health organisation Population Services International (PSI), is an excellent cure for acne, 29-year-old vendor Tep Kemyoeurn told AFP.
"After I used it for three days, all of my acne dried up and went away," she said. "Many people believe in it," she added.
Khen Vanny, 29, from Phnom Penh, told AFP that women of all ages have taken to using the lubricant to get rid of spots.
"It is very effective. Some people don't believe in it but people who do really get a good result," she said, adding: "My youngest sister and my aunt use it too."
Another woman told Khmer-language Kampuchea Thmey newspaper that she had used many kinds of medicine to treat acne but none had worked.
"After that my friends, who work at garment factories in Phnom Penh, advised me to apply the lubricant from Number One Plus condoms on my face every night," she told the paper.
"And just within three to four nights, the acne on my face gradually and then totally disappeared," she added.
A vendor near a factory in the coastal city of Sihanoukville told the newspaper that she sold packets of Number One Plus lubricant for 500 riels (12 cents) to many women every day.
The paper urged experts to conduct research about the phenomenon.
PSI were not immediately available for comment on the apparent cosmetic benefits of their product. (Yahoo News)

Court suspends obscenity charges against Gere
India's Supreme Court suspended on Friday legal proceedings against Richard Gere, who faced obscenity charges for publicly kissing Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty last year.
Gere made headlines when he arched over and kissed Shilpa Shetty, winner of the British reality television show "Celebrity Big Brother," several times on the cheek at an anti-AIDS show in New Delhi.
Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan and Justice R. V. Raveendran stayed the arrest warrants against Gere and granted permission for him to travel to and from India.
The court criticized the complainant for his "moral policing" and observed, "such complaints are publicity hunting. You are bringing a bad name to this country."
Similar legal proceedings against Shetty were suspended last year.
A devout Buddhist, Gere is involved with charities dealing with AIDS and orphans in India and often visits the country.

Migrants hold mass wedding near border
TIJUANA, Mexico (Reuters) - Nearly 600 Mexican couples tied the knot in a mass Valentine's Day wedding by the U.S. border on Thursday, many of them undocumented migrants who met while working illegally in the United States.
As a live band blasted out sugary Mexican love songs in the border city of Tijuana, a short walk from the busy San Ysidro crossing into California, a judge simultaneously married a crowd of couples whose ages ranged from 16 to 65.
More than three-quarters were migrants returning from, or trying to get into, the United States.
"Isn't she gorgeous? I love her!" said Inocencio Felix of his new wife Angelica Perez, 36, dressed in a flouncy white wedding gown. Perez was deported by U.S. immigration officials two weeks ago from the state of Oregon, where the couple met.
Felix, also living in the United States illegally, said he came back to the Mexican border city of Tijuana, across from San Diego, voluntarily for the mass open-air wedding.
"We're going to go back to the United States soon, our life is there," he said, holding a heart-shaped pink balloon.
Thousands of Latin Americans try to cross into California every year from Mexico but the construction of a fence between Tijuana and San Diego, and increased workplace raids and deportations in the United States have swelled Tijuana's migrant population. Many end up living in the seedy city for good.
Mexico's civil registry office began the mass weddings several years ago with migrants in mind, and has seen the number of couples attending surge as deportation rates grow.
"Many migrants do not have any kind of documents, not even a registered birth certificate, so they cannot get married, but we try to resolve that," civil registry official Silvia Alvarez told Reuters, her voice drowned out by cheering newlyweds.
