Britney Spears “Circus” Is Soaring Past All Expectations!

Britney might not want to call her latest release a comeback, but whatever you dub it, her new Jive/ZLG album Circus is soaring past all expectations.

Thanks to a barrage of good publicity for a change, the pop star, who just celebrated her 27 th birthday yesterday with a performance on ABC’s Good Morning America, will debut at #1 on next week’s HITS Album Sales chart with a total that seems to be in excess of 450k, and very capable of climbing even higher.

First-day sales were brisk for the album, coming on the heels of MTV’s highly rated documentary, Britney: For the Record, a Rolling Stone cover story and surprisingly rave reviews. Hey, the media owes her.

With initial guesstimates in the 350k range, Spears appears to be blowing away first-week expectations. Based on first day sales reports, the album seems poised to top the recent first week total of this week’s #1, Kanye West, and, possibly, even Beyonce.

Britney suggests that K-Fed isn’t the best dad

Britney Spears has been everywhere lately, promoting her new CD, talking about her kids, and grousing about how her new, more restricted life feels like “jail.” The singer looks gorgeous and seems more pulled together than ever before, but we’ve also noticed a slightly disturbing trend in her latest interviews: Britney keeps dissing Kevin Federline.

Not only did she recently reveal she believes her former husband taught their young sons the “f” word, in the January issue of Glamour magazine, Spears insinuates that Federline is not the ideal dad for Jayden and Preston—and how she’d love to find a replacement. When asked where she sees herself in the future, the 26-year-old tells Glamour magazine, “In five years I would like to be married and have a father figure for my kids, someone who is a provider and can be really stable.”
Ooh. Burn.

Now, before the world experienced what Spears calls her “crazy” year, we hated K-Fed. Most of us would’ve agreed that he was the cheesy, crooked-hat wearing leech who stole Brit’s heart, money, spunk and basically ruined her career. But then the pop star’s unstable period occurred, and with it came head shaving, beating cars with an umbrella, public and private meltdowns, trips to rehab, and one scary performance on the VMAs. She seemed, at the time, unfit to be a mother, and, week after week, as tabloid covers depicted her late night parties and hook-ups, Britney seemed kind of uninterested in being a mom as well.

BRITNEY'S NEW BEAU IS SEX-MAD

Britney Spears' new paparazzo lover is ''mad and sex-mad,'' according to his ex-girlfriend.

Nichole Grimes "fell-head-over-heels" for Birmingham photographer Adnan Ghalib - who is now dating the "Gimme More" singer - only to discover he was cheating on her with her best-friend.

Nichole, 35, said: "Britney should watch out - he's wild. To say he was a ladies' man was an understatement. He couldn't get enough. He's mad and sex-mad."

"When we met I thought he was this lovely young Asian boy from a strict family. I was head-over-heels in love. Then I discovered he'd been secretly hitting on my friend behind my back."

"Some people may wonder what this guy from a strict Muslim family is doing with a party animal like Britney. But I reckon he's wilder than her."

Nichole - who met Adnan, 35, when they both attended Birmingham's Sheldon Heath Community School - also believes it has been Adnan's "life-long dream" to date a superstar.

Nichole added to the Daily Star newspaper: "He was a real charmer. He knew what he wanted and he knew how to get it."

"He's such an attention-seeker that to date one of the world's most famous women must have been his life-long dream."

Meanwhile, Britney, 26, and Adnan boarded a private jet to New York together yesterday afternoon (Jan 9, 2008).

They left Van Nuys Airport at 4pm on a flight bound for New Jersey's Teterboro Airport.

The singer has lost her visitation rights to sons Sean Preston, two, and 15-month-old Jayden James, after she was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation last week following a police stand-off at her home.

Dalam versi yang lain, kali ini sudah disensor, Britney menutupi buah dadanya dengan tangan. Bagian intim yang tadinya terlihat jelas ditutupi bunga.





Terlepas dari kelakuan kontroversi Britney dalam videoklipnya, lagu 'Gimme More' ternyata sukses merajai musik charts. Lagu tersebut ada di posisi satu, Billboard's Hot Digital Songs. Sedangkan dalam Billboard's Hot 100, 'Gimme More' menduduki posisi 3. Tak kalah mencengangkannya, lagu tersebut juga sudah didownload sebanyak 179 ribu kali.
