1. Downward Dog

Downward Dog is a great yoga exercise that both strengthens and lengthens. To achieve the position correctly, straighten the legs to your personal limit, send your tailbone to the ceiling and pull the lats down (via the shoulder blades). Do a deep inhale, then exhale. Repeat the breath 8 times and relax. Resume the posture at least 2 more times without letting your head drop or your back arch. Keep your head on your spine, making your spine one long line.

2. Getting Your Back on Track

This one is more of a stretch. Interlace your fingers behind your neck and slowly roll down as if you're pulling your head down to your toes, taking it as far as you can go. Hang there for 4-5 breaths. Take your middle finger and pointer on each hand and wrap them around your big toe to pull yourself closer to your toes -- this is a great hamstring stretch. Once you get to the bottom of that stretch, pull your back toward the ceiling as you pull your head to the floor. This is an amazing stretch in the sacrum and lower spine. Use your abs to push the lower spine toward the ceiling, and repeat up to 3 times.

3. No Time Spine Align

Take a 2.5 lb weight or a very heavy book and balance it on the crown of your head. Think of the weight pushing down into the top of your skull. Keep the energy in your neck going up, letting the neck get as long as possible -- hold it for about a minute. You feel like you get a little taller standing there in this meditative state. Let your shoulders drop and concentrate on your breath. Hold for at least minute. You'll be left with a sense of height and length in the neck and spine.

Taylor Lautner swapped his shirtless werewolf alter ego that made him famous for a new character while filming Abduction in Pittsburgh.

The Twilight beefcake is filming the new action thriller in the US and stars as a young man who sets out to uncover the truth about his life after finding his baby photo on a missing persons’ website.

Lautner, 18, seemed to enjoy the new role as he got to cruise around on a bright orange Aprilia motorcycle for most of the day.

To get into character, the tanned actor drove around the set in mirrored aviator sunglasses, jeans and a black jacket.

Unfortunately his busy schedule means the heartthrob won’t have as much time for his promotional duties for Eclipse, but at least young fans will have a new film to drool over him in.

There is no question that film has a big impact on fashion. Over the years, cinema has not only influenced fashion trends, it has, at times, revolutionised the way we dress. Justin Gaston has stripped naked for a cause. The former boyfriend of Miley Cyrus appeared on a number of print ads for PETA's "Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign wearing nothing but a silver cross around his neck and showing off a tattoo on his hip. He is joined by Giglianne Braga and Ben Elliott, two of his fellow cast members on "If I Can Dream".

"With this PETA campaign, what I really wanted was it not to be about me but to be about the animals," 21-year-old Justin explained his mission. The former underwear model who has also participated in the sixth season of NBC's singing competition "Nashville Star" added, "We're trying to bring light to this cause."

While Justin pointed out that he didn't bare all for himself, aspiring model Giglianne said she doesn't mind stripping down for a good cause. "If nudity is involved, especially because it's for a cause, I didn't see anything wrong with that," the 20-year-old opined. She added, "We're just supporting a good cause by being naked."

The ads featuring Justin, Giglianne and Ben are the latest being made in support of PETA's anti-fur efforts.

This one child is definitely not an average 10-year-old child. Cecilia Cassini is just a fifth grader but recently founded her own fashion line and is making a profit from selling her unique handmade clothing for kids and teens at Los Angeles boutiques.

Cassini has been dubbed "America's youngest fashion designer," but that's only part of her story. She's a kid with a huge social conscience and a desire to give back.
