The Portuguese midfielder didn't appear to have a care in the world as he topped up his tan in Italy with girlfriend Nereida Gallardo.
He knocked back cocktails and indulged in a public display of affection with the stunning Miss Gallardo, a nursing assistant and sometime topless model, who wore a revealing white bikini.
The couple have been dating for several months and Miss Gallardo has been spotted at Manchester United games wearing a pair of diamond earrings spelling out "R7" - Ronaldo's initial and shirt number.
